Mens water polo

Our men's first team competes in the First Division of the National Water Polo League and we have teams in the London League, including an Over 40s team.

We warmly welcome experienced water polo players, but you must become a member of Penguin to play for us and train with us - see the Membership area for fees and how to join.

Training times
We train on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 7pm - 9pm at the Shell Centre, SE1 7NA. Nearest Tube: Waterloo.
You will need to show your Sports Pass for entry into the building. Please contact us before training for the first time -- if you are not accompanied by a member of the Club you will not be allowed entry.
